How do I upgrade my plan?

Log in to your account and go to Settings → Subscription to upgrade.

Where are my processed images?

Images are automatically deleted after 1 hour. Download them immediately after processing.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email support@pixeltools.app with your request.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at privacy@pixeltools.app

Do you offer API access?

API access is available for Pro and Business plans. Check our pricing page for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Images are deleted after 1 hour and we use HTTPS encryption. See our Privacy Policy.

Response Times
